• You bring in your own food, drinks, cake and party decorations.

• We provide tables and chairs.

• Upon request we can make a downloadable/printable party invite tailored to your birthday boy or girls theme. $30 add on fee. This can be sent out to your party guests.

• Parties are invite only, if additional guest(s) come to your party beyond what you party package allows: add on $10 per additional guest.

• Birthday Parties are available on Saturday's. 

• $150 deposit is due at time of booking, this is non refundable

• All participants must complete an e-waiver before entering the gym. Guest list must be emailed to Ashley@libertycheerallstars.com 7 days prior to event. This way upon arrival all guests can be checked off as submitting their e-waiver.

• Participants will have access to trampolines, tumble tracks and bounce houses.

• Liberty staff will be there to ensure all participants are following all gym rules and staying safe while having FUN!.

• If you would like to book your party to ensure that there are no other services going on at the time of your party please add $150 per hour to party package.

• If you want any personal party assistant please let us know for special pricing.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for no-shows or if the party is canceled within the 2 week range of the party date. For cancellations before the two weeks of the party date a 3% service charge will be due at the time of refund.
